Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

SHIPPING POLICY
 
1.       We provide a free, worldwide shipping service for all orders
 
2.       Due to all our artworks being hand painted, our artists require approximately 2-3 weeks to complete your order. Once completed, orders are packaged and shipped within 1 business day.
 
3.       If your order is eligible to be shipped using DHL Express, it should take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive from the day of shipment.
 
4.       If you have placed a larger, stretched, and/or framed order which requires a different shipping method it should take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive from the day of shipment
 
5.       Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in shipping your order
 
6.       In the event of any customs tax or duties arising after shipping. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
 
1.       Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:
a.       Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return and/or exchange policy, starting the day item is received
 
b.       To be eligible for a return, the goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For returns or exchanges to be accepted, you must Contact Us within 14 days of receipt of your order using the subject Return or Exchange and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you, the customer with instructions where to send the returned goods. Customers must then ship the returned goods within 30 days from receipt of goods and are strongly advised to get proof of postage when returning to avoid any lost item situations. 
 
c.       Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items
 
d.       When the item is received and inspected, you, the customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the return and refund or exchange
 
e.       If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method minus our original outbound shipping cost shortly after
 
f.        If an exchange is approved our customer service team will contact you, the customer to confirm and facilitate the exchange
 
g.       In the rare event you receive a damaged painting, please ensure you keep the original packaging tube or box, take photos of the damaged sections of packaging, painting and Contact Us. We will investigate immediately and find a solution that suits you
 
h.       CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
 
2.       Cancellations: 
a.       We only accept cancellations within 24 hours from the time an order is placed
 
3.       Refunds are not accepted under the following circumstances: 
a.       Delays caused from providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information
 
b.       Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war
 
c.       Delays in delivery from circumstances outside of our, the sellers’ control, such as public holidays, customs clearance, etc.
 
d.       Un-happy with artwork size, variations in colour etc. after final confirmation is accepted
