Yes, please send us your request via our Contact Us page, Messenger, or Live Chat. We can create custom sizes to fit most spaces, make adjustment to, and change colour schemes of existing artworks to match your interior
Each artwork can be painted in a range of sizes which should be available to select before purchase, the largest size our artists can paint to is 2.5 metres (98”) in height and 2.5 metres (98”) in width
Unstretched – Your painting will arrive as a rolled canvas in a protective tube. To make the painting ready-to-hang you will need to have it stretched and if also required, framed at a trusted local frame-shop.
Stretched – Your painting will arrive stretched onto wooden stretcher bars, with painted sides and edges, ready for hanging, without a frame.
Framed – Your painting will arrive stretched with an additional floating frame installed around the stretched canvas.
We would recommend marking your chosen wall with adhesive tape, measure the length and width and select the artwork size option closest to this. If the size options aren’t suitable or you want your artwork to be an exact size Contact Us and we can create your artwork in a custom size
Yes, you can. We can help you visualize the artwork in your space. Please send us photos of your wall via Contact Us and our designers will create a mock-up of the space with your selected painting added
Our artists require approximately 2-3 weeks to paint your artwork. Once your painting is complete, we email you photos for your confirmation. After confirmation we will despatch
Most of our orders are shipped using DHL Express and take 3-5 business days to arrive from the day of shipment. Some larger, stretched, and framed orders require different shipping methods which generally takes 2-3 weeks to arrive from the day of shipment

Yes, we do. We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
i. Cancellations: We only accept cancellations within 24 hours from the time an order is placed
ii. Returns, Exchanges: Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, starting the day item is received. To be eligible for a return, the goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For returns or exchanges, please Contact Us with the subject Return or Exchange and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you, the customer with instructions where to send the returned goods. Customers are strongly advised to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid any lost item situations. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. When the item is received and inspected, you, the customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the return and refund or exchange. If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. If an exchange is approved customer service will contact you, the customer to confirm and facilitate the exchange
iii. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
In the rare event you receive a damaged painting, please ensure you keep the original packaging tube or box, take photos of the damaged sections of packaging, painting and Contact Us. We will investigate immediately and find a solution that suits you
Thoroughly clean your hands before handling any canvas. Never hang your canvas painting outside, in areas of high humidity or close to heat sources. If removing dust from your painting use a soft, dry brush. Never use chemical cleaners to clean your painting
